EXCHANGE POLICY

  1. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item. Eligible items may be returned for store credit only . Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and unused, with tags still attached. Bodysuits and  final sale & clearance items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Once NGV Boutique has received your return package, all returns will be inspected before an online store credit is issued. NGV Boutique reserves the right to deny a return if the items are worn, damaged, stained (make-up, etc) or altered in any way. These garments won't be accepted and they will be returned to sender. We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling . You will be notified via email if your returned item is not suitable for an online credit. Store credit will ONLY be issued for the items purchased and NOT the shipping fees.
